Gateway Center One, Two, and Three are pictured on the left background. The forty-four story Gulf Building, designed by architects Trowbridge and Livingston (1930-1932), is pictured on the right behind the Koppers Building (1927-1929). The low buildings with arched roofs (right) were the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Station Sheds. The sixty-four story U.S. Steel Building, designed by architects Harrison, Abramovitz & Abbe, is pictured in the background behind one of Pittsburgh’s oldest skyscrapers, the Grant Building.
