Description
Workers remove years of grime and soot from the exterior of the Oliver Building in downtown Pittsburgh. Building owners and managers in the Golden Triangle spent more than $2.5 million in removing the soot, caused by the more than 1200 manufacturing facilities in the area, from the city's skyscrapers and office buildings.
