Singer Lena Horne, wrapped in a dressing gown, does her hair before a performance. She is seated in front of a mirror at a counter covered with hairpins and beauty products. Behind her on the counter is a framed photograph of herself in evening dress. The Stanley Theatre was located at 205-207 7th Street in downtown Pittsburgh.
