Description
James S. Storey was an art instructor at PCW and Chatham from 1948 to 1958. He was an Army officer during World War II and saw combat in North Africa and Italy. Storey earned a master's degree in art education from the University of Wisconsin in 1948 and a doctoral degree in art education from Stanford University in 1956. After leaving Chatham, James joined the Art Department of San Francisco State University where he taught art and design for 27 years.
