Description
Pennsylvania Railroad Company freight warehouses under construction between 12th and 16th Streets and Liberty and Penn Avenues in Pittsburgh’s Strip District neighborhood. The 1700-foot long, 600,000 square-foot structures were designed by architects Larsen and Donnells. The buildings, in modified form, are presently standing and house corporate offices.
