  • Description
  • The North Side Market House stood on the corner of Federal and Ohio Streets in Pittsburgh’s North Side neighborhood from 1863 until 1965. The Market House contained butchers, produce vendors, a bakery, a drugstore, and many other shops. It was demolished to make way for the Allegheny Center. Ober Park is shown in the center of the photograph.
