  • The Vickroy and Magee Parklet, located in Pittsburgh’s Bluff neighborhood. The Bluff, formerly a part of Pitt Township, was annexed by the City of Pittsburgh in 1846. The Bluff is within walking distance of many of the city’s cultural and commercial facilities, and is the site of present day Duquesne University.
