Description
The Pennley Park Apartments, located on 7.25 acres on the corner of Penn and Negley Avenues, were part of Pittsburgh’s East Liberty urban renewal of the mid-1960s. Pennley Park offered individually controlled heat and air conditioning, automatic elevators, fireproof and soundproof rooms, and laundry facilities for its residents.
