  • Housing units at East Hills Park were developed initially by ACTION-Housing. The development was built in three stages during the 1960s and early 1970s. The 750-unit development, including individually owned, rental, and cooperative-owned townhomes and apartments, is located on 130 acres at the boundary of Pittsburgh, Wilkinsburg, and Penn Hills. It was designed for moderate income families.
