  • Description
  • Greenway Housing Project, located in Pittsburgh’s West End section, was developed by ACTION-Housing Inc., a private non-profit civic agency established in 1957 to provide alternative housing for low and moderate income families. In the early 1970s Greenway Housing Project converted from rental units into housing cooperatives established by the residents. In the background the McKees Rocks Bridge is visible.
