Description
Charles John Clarke (1833-1899) sits on the porch of his cottage on the grounds of the South Fork Fishing and Hunting Club (Pa.). The wooden bridge to the left led to another row of cottages. The cottage to the right of Clarke's was owned by Henry Holdship (1833-1897). Today, the Clarke cottage remains, while the Holdship cottage does not.
