  • American Lung Association of Western Pennsylvania offered free auto emission testing out of the parking lot of Northway Mall in Ross Township, Pennsylvania for Cleaner Air Week. This photograph was taken at the same time that W11C-TV (Channel 11) was filming a segment on the service.
