Description
Cars parked under the Union Station (also known as Penn Station) rotunda. Built in 1904, the station was subsequently expanded in 1954 by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company. In 1988, the building was converted into apartments and is now occupied as an apartment building called The Pennsylvanian.
