  • Early 20th century image of the one-room school located in the Ingomar section of Town of McCandless, Allegheny County, PA. Built in 1911, the white clapboard structure features a vestibule and bell tower. An outhouse is seen behind the building. The teacher and students are standing next to the school, with the boys dressed in short pants. The school was located at the corner of Bellcrest Road and West Ingomar Road.
