  • Aerial view of the North Allegheny School District's Franklin Elementary School, originally built in 1936 as a consolidated school for Franklin Township's five one-room schools. Located on Rochester Road in Franklin Township (Franklin Park Borough), Allegheny County, PA. The original six rooms, located in the center of the structure, underwent numerous additions. The playground and ball field are seen behind the building. In the foreground is Rochester Road and to the left is Pauloski Road. Automobiles can be seen on the driveway and in the parking lots.
