  • George Barbour, city editor for the Pittsburgh Courier, shaking hands with Senator Barry Goldwater. Goldwater ran against Democrat Lyndon Johnson in the 1964 presidential election; after losing the election he returned to the Senate. Behind the men are two reporters, one has a 'press' pass on his jacket. Clothing style dates to ca. 1960-1970.
