  • Hill District Citizens Development Corporation on 2015-17 Centre Avenue stood next to the New Granada Theatre. These centers were organized to channel funds from the Urban Redevelopment Authority and other sources funding development projects in the Hill. The car on the left is a 1972 Ford LTD.
