Description
Frogs' picnic, including Ms. Ida Mae Mauney, Billy and Jean Curtis, Hutch" (owner of Hutchinson Colonial Inn), Savilla Williams and Billy Williams. The Frogs (Friendly Rivalry Often Generates Success) is a mens' social club organized in 1910. The Colonial Inn was located at 626 Brushton Avenue in the Homewood neighborhood, owned by Hattye B. Hutchison, who was married to Ernest B. Hutchison, confectioner, by 1951. Savilla Williams is listed in the Pittsburgh city directories by 1960. The picnickers are seated at a plain wooden table set outside a brick residence."
