Beginning with cemetery records from 1848, the collection contains life cycle records, board minutes, administrative and rabbinic records, correspondence, programs, yearbooks, sermons, photographs, and videotapes that demonstrate the activities of the congregation and its involvement with the wider community life of Western Pennsylvania.
About the Rodef Shalom Congregation Archives
The Rodef Shalom Congregation Archives collects, preserves, and makes available for a variety of uses the institutional records of the congregation, which is the oldest and largest Reform Jewish congregation in Western Pennsylvania. The Archives is open to the public by appointment.
